Addictive combat and a real challenge for high scores. The parry mechanic is chef's kiss. My only wish is for more detailed leaderboards, maybe even daily challenges. Still, a must-play for competitive folks.
As someone who's played a ton of these types of games, 'Battle of the Sticks' stands out. The animation is smooth and the boss fights are genuinely engaging. Would love to see more character unlocks in the future, but it's a solid addition to the genre.
OMG I'm completely obsessed! Never played a fighting game like this but it's so easy to learn and so satisfying when you land a huge combo. The dragon boss on level 3 almost got me, but I crushed him! So much fun!
Very well-balanced game. The character progression feels meaningful, and each fight requires a bit of thought rather than just button mashing. The hit detection can be a bit finicky on rare occasions, but it doesn't detract from the overall strategic depth. Highly recommend.
